Dr. Betty Spence served as president of the National Association for Female Executives from 2001. She created the annual list of the “NAFE Top Companies for Executive Women,” and chairs the NAFE Roundtable, bringing together America’s most senior corporate women to tackle issues related to women’s advancement. Dr. Spence advises companies on the advancement of women and conducts corporate workshops on leadership.
