Captain Scotty Smiley, Author of Hope Unseen: The Story of the U.S. Army’s First Blind Active-Duty Officer

SmileyScottyCaptain Scotty Smiley, a West Point graduate, Ranger, and the Army’s only active-duty blind officer, lost his sight in a suicide bomber attack in Iraq.
