Attends Career Partners International Annual Meeting -
A Beacon of Continuity in the Career Transition Industry
HOUSTON, TEXAS—Dawson & Dawson Consultants' executives attended the annual
partner meeting of Career Partners International (CPI) in Orlando, Florida, January 20-24,
2004. Nearly all of the owner-partner firms were in attendance, including a number of
international partners. Dawson & Dawson Consultants is co - owner of CPI, an
international outplacement and career transition company comprised of career development
and change management firms with more than 150 offices worldwide. CPI's motto, Local
Expert/Global Team, reflects the owner-partner firms' unique positioning in the transition
management industry.
At the meeting, owner-partners addressed the dramatic changes taking place among major
competitors, including consolidations and corporate management challenges. They also
addressed the ramifications of these changes on the client organizations and the
importance of providing a high quality alternative transition solution in the marketplace.

In addition to addressing strategic issues, the annual meeting updated partners on
technology advances and refinements to CPI's Client Survey processes which measure client

annual Business Standards Survey which ensures consistent high quality delivery
internationally. These infrastructure tools, combined with CPI's sophisticated
