Geri Wells offers over twenty years of experience as a Leadership
and Organization Development Consultant, having consulted with leaders in a broad range
of organizations, including Fortune 500 global firms representing the Energy, Technology,
Finance, Manufacturing, and Service industries. Ms. Wells served five years as an internal
organization consultant in a multinational energy company where her work focused on
leadership coaching and career development, team development, and large-scale change
efforts. In addition, Ms. Wells has management and consulting experience in public
agencies as well as community-based health and human service organizations.
Specializing in consulting with senior level leaders, Ms. Wells
has a proven track record in helping leaders to increase their effectiveness, achieve
their own performance goals, develop competencies to enhance career advancement, accomplish
their business aims and increase their organization’s staying power.

Ms. Wells’ qualifications include certification in Organization and
Systems Development as well as professional development programs in strategic management,
coaching, and organizational learning. She holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration
and Bachelors Degree in Psychology. She is an affiliate of the Gestalt International Study
Center and shares her expertise in the dynamics of organizational learning and adaptive
change as a published author, conference presenter, and visiting instructor. Ms. Wells
devotes her volunteer effort in support of her lifelong commitment to improving the quality
