Bruce Norton is a Senior Consultant with Dawson &
Dawson Consultants and adds value to organizations by coaching executives and business
owners to achieve organizational and development objectives, improve performance and
create the future they envision for themselves and their people. He also assists
organizations to improve performance management and implement human capital strategies. A

Communications, Newman Printing, Ogletree Deakins, SABIC Americas and Texas Engineering
Experiment Station.
Mr. Norton is grounded in business, bringing 30 years of industry
experience in leadership roles with Fortune 500 and mid-market companies, internal and
external human resource consulting and a strong behavioral background. His experience
spans services, technology, legal, biotech, petrochemical, manufacturing and non-profit
sectors.
Prior to starting his coaching and consulting practice in 1997, Bruce
served as Vice President Human Resources for AMS, a national software development firm
where he led a team that designed and delivered internal consulting, human resource
services and HR Information Systems to 12 subsidiaries/divisions. He has also held
leadership positions at DataPoint, Hesston and Whirlpool Corporations.
Mr. Norton is President of the Institute of Management
Consultants-Houston and a member of the Houston Compensation Association. He has a
Master's Degree in Industrial Psychology and is certified as a Senior Professional in
Human Resources (SPHR). Bruce subscribes to the IMC USA Code of Ethics.
