have been served are Hewitt Associates, Prudential Relocation Services, and the public
works departments of the city of Houston, Texas. Among his strategic planning clients, Dr.

Over the past ten years, Dr. Kavanaugh has focused his consulting
practice on improving strategic direction through clear planning, rigorous implementation,
and development of the executive team. His approach includes the assessment and
