Greg Harms has been involved in strategy, leadership,
operations, organizational development, business and financial management, and quality for
over twenty-five years. He has provided a wide variety of services to all organization
levels, often including executive management and upper level decision-making bodies. This
has been accomplished in a wide variety of industries, market segments and geographies in
domestic and international, corporate and satellite locations.
From financial and administrative roots, Mr. Harms has developed
specialized skills and a professional passion for organizing, leading, facilitating and
participating in strategic planning initiatives from smaller more tactical efforts, to
full scale projects with global scope.
An integrated financial, operational involvement and process management
background enable Mr. Harms to be extremely effective in helping clients decrease cost,
increase efficiency, and turnaround non-performing investments. He has also initiated and
implemented financial reporting and cost accounting systems that focus on elimination of
redundant operations and transactions while improving timely and meaningful information to
which non-financial personnel can relate.
Mr. Harms has led and participated in mergers, acquisitions,
divestitures and "re-tooling" initiatives from strategic decision and economic
evaluation through due diligence and post "deal" planning and execution
management. He has also participated heavily in related "blending" of cultures,
processes and systems to ensure success for the new entity.
Possessing excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, Mr. Harms
has authored articles and frequently contributed to business plans, proposals,
"executive summaries" and specialized organization wide communication needs.
These skills have been further leveraged in development and delivery of training programs
directed to changing corporate culture, increasing organizational alignment and expanding
high leverage areas of knowledge.
Mr. Harms has Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degrees from
The University of Texas (Finance) and West Texas A & M (Economics). He is also a
Certified Management Consultant (CMC) under the auspices of the Institute of Management
Consultants USA (IMC USA), certified in PowerPath 900!sm facilitation.
