Glenn Gooding is an experienced facilitator, trainer,
program designer and speaker. He specializes in performance planning - coaching and
evaluations, meeting facilitation, diversity, leadership, organizational development,
interpersonal communication skills, 360-degree feedback, and team building. Experienced in
identifying and developing leadership competencies, he has been a mentor in providing
guidance for career development and succession planning.
Mr. Gooding started his career with IBM as a Customer Engineer and technical trainer.
Mr. Gooding was a manager for IBM and began his extensive training, coaching and
consulting career while at IBM. Mr. Gooding was one of 24 out of a population of 400,000
employees chosen for a two year IBM Faculty Loan Program at Hampton University in Hampton,
Virginia.
Mr. Gooding joined Kepner-Tregoe, Inc. in 1988 as a Management Consultant specializing
in organizational assessments, the design, development and delivery of interventions.
Glenn was the Master Trainer on KTs People Management workshop on Performance
Planning, Coaching & Evaluations.
Mr. Gooding joined Texaco, Inc. in 1990 as a Management Education Program Manager where
he conducted assessments, 360-degree feedback, coached management, facilitated workshops,
designed, developed and delivered educational curriculum and organizational interventions.
Mr. Gooding has worked as a consultant with IBM, Wal-Mart, Texaco, Chase Bank, Deloitte
& Touche, Equiva, Prudential, Inc., Dynegy, Inc., El Paso Energy, Houston Chronicle
and other Fortune 100 firms. He has facilitated, trained and consulted on performance
systems, diversity and organizational issues in Australia, Scotland, England, Mexico,
Nigeria, Kuwait, China, Greece, Crete, S. Korea, Canada and the US. for several Fortune
100 corporations.
Mr. Gooding has articles published in professional journals and speaks on leadership,
diversity and other topics. He has been an adjunct professor for Embry Riddle Aeronautical
Institute, Hampton University, St. Leos and Palm Beach Community College.
Mr. Gooding has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a dual
Masters in Adult Education and Human Resource Development, both from George Washington
