There are five key steps in effective sourcing and selection of top candidates: Research to develop a list of possible candidates who fit the general parameters as developed by the Competence Factors; Client Interviews to determine their qualifications for and interest in the position; A write up of potential candidates with a recommendation as to which candidates should go the next step for interviewing and behavioral assessment; Reference Checks to verify suitability from former employers’ perspectives. Once a decision has been made to make an offer to a candidate, we assist in salary negotiations.
