Managing Performance

Individuals and teams participate in this one or two-day session focusing on managing the performance of others using proven performance models and techniques. Individuals learn the process and approaches through a series of practice sessions with feedback.

Leading Others

This leadership-focused session provides a foundation of understanding for managers at all levels. Individuals are exposed to a model for effective leadership, practice new skills, and create a personal development plan for more effective leadership upon return to the job. (1-2 days)

Supporting Development of Others

Participants are introduced to a process for supporting the development of skills in others either reporting to them or working with them virtually. This session involves practice, feedback and the creation of a personal development plan affecting an individuals direct reports and virtual team members. (1 day)

Coaching for Improved Performance

Participants are introduced to a coaching framework, practice a variety of techniques for effective coaching, and create a personal action plan for transferring much of their learning back to the job. (half to full day)
